“This unit was perfect for a couples getaway! We couldn't have asked for a better location. Super close to the beach and nice heated pool. It was quiet, but all the other visitors and some owners we met were so friendly and welcoming! Definitely will be staying again.”

“Room is smaller than it appears in pictures. Our rooms were clean. Needs new pillows and maybe mattress. Poor lighting, bedside table lamp needs work. However, we enjoyed our stay and got used to all the above. Loved the walk to the beach and the garden lady was super cool!! She was very helpful with all our questions. Pool area was very nice! We loved the plant life!!!”

“Our room #16 is very nice everything is brand new, perfect for 2 people, but the bathroom is small, you can't beat it for the price. If you have issues walking and you plan on going to the beach this may not be the place for you, although it is beach from it is 615 steps to the ocean! Yes I counted lol. Not a big deal for us as we have no problems with it but if you want or need to be as close as possible to get to the beach you might want to consider other places, overnight the place is really nice!”

“We had a wonderful experience at Tropic terrace #22. The unit was clean and well appointed with everything we needed and more. We loved the extra tall bed for storing our empty luggage and having beach chairs and an umbrella was not expected but was a wonderful surprise! The bed was super comfy, although the sheets & blanket were a bit scratchy for my liking. Not a deal breaker by any means! The hotel was quiet and there seemed to be quite a few people that come and stay for a month at a time! Wow! What a wonderful experience that must be! Also, a lot of people that have been coming back to this hotel for many years. That says a lot about the place too. :) Everyone we encountered was so friendly! The other thing that made this stay so nice was having a keypad with an easy to remember code! It was nice to come and go without worrying about a key.”

“Our stay at unit 15 was amazing. First off it’s right next to the recreational room for easy access to customers service desk, ice machine and so much more. Room was in tip top shape, very clean and cozy vibes. Comes with all the amenities needed for our stay. Down to the pans, plates, cutlery and even a coffee maker. The location also has a heated pool in the middle of the area (just a few feet from our front door). And the best part, this location is right on the beach and has a spectacular access point to get to and from the beach at any time. Thank again Lexi for an amazing experience.”
